So far have found all our visits go smoothly and efficiently, helpful and approachable staff
This practice has gone downhill so much, they have taken on entirely too many patients, they cannot keep up with the demands, therefore cannot get a prebookable appointments!!! Have to go to surgery to get in on the day to see a doctor!!!! And as for the staff some of them have a right attitude,, always messing up, if i were you I'd avoid at all costs!!!
The telephone queuing system doesn't work correctly, resulting in a telephone waiting time of over 20 minutes,only to be told I can't have an appointment until next week .
Mistake after error after mistake after error. Latest one, changed my prescription from capsules to tablets without informing me of this change. Been two days trying to get it put back. Dr Townsend is the worst of a bad bunch. Reception staff show levels of apathy I didn't know existed. Seems like they go out of their way to not care. Will be discussing 'cost effective' prescribing with MP.
We have been patients since 1996 and have always been happy with the care provided. In the past few years, the Practice has grown and has gone from strength to strength providing more and more services and appointment times. This has been immensely helpful as we have become older and our health care needs have increased. All the doctors, nurses and administrators are extremely helpful at all times and we genuinely appreciate the genuine care and attention they provide on a regular basis.Sincere thanks to you all from Stanley and Victoria O'Neill
